Yes. The following fees are deducted from your refund:
- Tax Refund Processing Fee: about 1%–3% of the tax-excluded purchase amount (not charged if the tax refund record's page shows "No tax refund processing fee is charged for this purchase")
- Third-party withdrawal fee: charged by the third-party payment provider when your refund is sent. The rate varies by refund method. It is charged only once per withdrawal, no matter how many tax refunds that withdrawal includes.
