No. Ocean can only process purchase records sent by Ocean partner stores. Items bought at stores that are not Ocean partner stores cannot get a tax refund through Ocean.
Also, some stores work with several tax refund service providers. Even if a store displays the Ocean Tax Refund logo or an Ocean QR code, you can only get your tax refund through the provider that the store actually sends your purchase record to. When you buy, please check with the store whether the transaction is handled through Ocean.
