If you use the same Ocean account and have completed identity verification, you usually don't need to create a new account or register the same passport details again for each purchase.
For each purchase, the store still needs to check your passport and send the purchase record. Some stores may also ask you to scan the in-store Ocean QR code again. Always use the same Ocean account, and follow the instructions from the store and on the page.
