Scan the Ocean QR code in the store, or go directly to the Ocean traveler portal (Web: https://app.ocean.inc/auth/login / WeChat mini program: 欧尚退税 (Ocean Tax Refund) / LINE: Ocean Mini App), then follow the on-screen instructions to sign up or log in. The in-store QR code is just one way in. Losing it does not affect your tax refund.
You need to register your contact details or login account, passport details, entry record, and refund method. Please make sure the information you enter matches your original passport exactly.
