How can I check my refund status?

You can check your refund status by logging into your Ocean account.

Steps:

1. Log in to Ocean URL：https://app.ocean.inc/auth/sign-in

2. Go to Tax Refund Application List

3. Select the order to view the refund status and details

Your refund status will update automatically as the review and payment process progresses.
